Current clauses
The Current clauses area shows the query clauses you created in the Where Clauses dialog box. You can modify query clauses as follows:
- To modify a clause, select the clause andthen click Edit. Make changes to the Fields, Condition, and Operator areas and click Apply. That clause in the Current clauses area updates to reflect the changes.
- To remove a clause, select it and click Delete. Use Ctrl-click or Shift-click to select multiple clauses to delete.
- To accept all current clauses and close the Where Clauses dialog box, click OK. The where clause is reflected in the SQL statement shown in the Visual Query Builder dialog box.
- To close the Where Clauses dialog box without updating the SQL statement shown in the Visual Query Builder dialog box, click Cancel .
