Click on 'Next Step' at bottom of page.

Fill in Date/Time From and Date/Time Until
If the overpass is in the middle or later part of the day, I usually just fill
  in the date of the overpass from 00:00 to 23:59
If the overpass is in the beginning of the day, I usually grab some files from
  the end of the previous data and run it until just after the overpass time.
Don't try to be too exact.  If you grab a few extra files, it's okay

Click on 'Apply' right next to until time

Click on 'Next Step' at bottom of page.

Fill in domain:
  Upper left lat: 50
  Upper left lon: 70
  Lower right lat: 15
  Lower right lon: 130
  
Click on 'Next Step' at bottom of page.

Product Order Format: Mcidas AREA files
Order Channels: IR 11.5
  
Click on 'Next Step' at bottom of page.

Click on 'Next Step' at bottom of page.

Click on 'Place your Order' at bottom right of page.

Click on 'Search and Order' in left margin and start all over again with next
  case.
