To start up Jazz 2.1:

It includes several new features:
- A new File Manager, that:
    o (re)loads Jazz configuration files from URL or path
    o remembers successfully loaded configs from one run to next
    o can automatically reload the last config
- A new utility for saving views
    o to configure default views for operational users
    o to share views with other forecasters/scientists
    o enabled as an optional Tool in the Jazz Config
- An improved time controller that:
    o shows time before and after the animation time window
    o allows the animation time window to be changed by dragging ends
    o has "Archive" and "Realtime" mode selection
    o fixes the problems formerly found in the "Now" time configuration
- A new ColorScale editor that:
    o has direct gui editing of the colorscale bins
    o allows color scales in the app to be edited directly
    o allows colorscales to be saved to file for use in Jazz config
- A new Image Generation ability
    o as a one-time operation or as a continuously running <ImageServer>
    o generation of map, xsect, and skew-T images
    o support for many attributes in Jazz config <Image> element(s):
        - layers
        - areas of interest (zoom bounds), xsect path, or click point
        - altitude
        - label and colorscale rendering 
- A new Multi-colorscale menu, for cases where multiple layers are shown
- Updated Jazz Config Help documentation in app or on command line 
- Many other bug fixes
