The code in this library section is not supported by StatSci.

This section contains functions for implementing external objects in S-PLUS.
The code was developed at AT&T Bell Labs and is considered experimental.
The image library section uses external objects.  For more information on
this see the README file for that section.  To access it in S-PLUS type:
