Constructor for the class WTBO.
Syntax
OBJ = wtbo OBJ = wtbo(USERDATA)
Description
OBJ = wtbo returns a WTBO object. Any object in the Wavelet Toolbox is parented by a WTBO object.
With OBJ = wtbo(USERDATA) you can set a userdata field.
