Indices of triangles neighboring a given set of triangles.
ntl=pdeent(t,tl)
Description
Given triangle data t and a list of triangle indices tl, ntl contains indices of the triangles in tl and their immediate neighbors, i.e., those whose intersection with tl is nonempty.
