er_mv 
moves the experiment in the file system.  
.B er_mv
has two forms.  The first form of 
.B er_mv 
renames experiment1 to experiment2.  If experiment2 already exists, the
command will fail.

The second form of 
.B er_mv
moves one or more experiments to a different directory.
In this case, the names of the input
experiments are retained and they are moved to the new
directory.  Experiments may be moved across file systems with er_mv.

does not move an experiment onto itself.
