Sun WorkShop Memory Monitor Troubleshooting Guide

To be able to use Sun WorkShop Memory Monitor's web-based debugger you will need a frames- and javascript-capable browser. We recommend Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.01 or higher.

If you are already using one of these browsers, you may need to enable Javascript in your preferences. Here's how:

• Netscape Navigator 3:
  From the top menu select Options --> Network Preferences --> Languages and check the box labeled "Enable Javascript".

• Netscape Navigator 4 (Communicator):
  From the top menu select Edit --> Preferences --> Advanced and check the box labeled "Enable Javascript".

• Internet Explorer 4:
  From the top menu select View --> Internet Options --> Security and from the list choose "Custom Settings". From the list of settings, make sure that under "Scripting" you select "Active Scripting".

Now try the GC Monitor again.
