Waddles at the Dome C  Christmas Party in 2003

I'm really looking forward to Christmas this year.  Last year, Jean-Louis and Jean-Carlo outdid themselves with and 11 course meal starting with appetizers in the freetime tent, and finishing up with desert and cheeses just before midnight. We had a wonderful time and my favorite course was oysters on the half-shell. I wonder what the chefs have in store for us this season?

Lance and Steve Hudson in the back let me have their leftover oysters.  Yum!  They are my favorite!

 

And Von shows off our Ice Christmas tree made with a showerhead mounted on top of a wooden tree. Very clever!
