Waddles at the Dome C Christmas Party in 2003
I'm really looking forward to Christmas this year. Last year, Jean-Louis and Jean-Carlo outdid themselves with and 11 course meal starting with appetizers in the freetime tent, and finishing up with desert and cheeses just before midnight. We had a wonderful time and my favorite course was oysters on the half-shell. I wonder what the chefs have in store for us this season?
