These items control the way a satellite image is rendered. Ordinarily, SatView maps the lowest value in a satellite image file to its coldest color (black, for instance), and the highest value in the file to its warmest color (white). You can override this facility by specifying the values you want mapped to the extreme colors. Set the Minimum Swath Value to the value you want mapped to the coldest color and Maximum Swath Value to the value you want mapped to the warmest color. If there are values in the file less than the minimum, they are mapped to the coldest color. Values higher than the maximum are mapped to the warmest color.
